Along with finding the right team to help you build it… I’ve had great techs to bad techs along the way. The challenges is always building the business from day one – one client at a time and earning their trust with their beauty needs. Where we can walk out of our business and say hi to our local neighbors and local business owners. The Historic Core and all the surrounding Burroughs in LA have become a beautiful, diverse family and community. I love being a LOCAL and big supporter of LOCAL businesses. Hand in hand – it takes clients, a great team, quality and smiles to make a great local business. From the moment I had the opportunity to open a nail salon on 6th and Spring – I did it! So in February 2017, I opened Polished Nail Bar… it’s been a learning curve of building the business but thru it all – I am thankful, and I love my team, that I can call family and my clients that I can call family as well. I noticed where I live in the Historic Core area – there were very few nail salons that met my standards of quality and the local feel. I moved to DTLA five years ago and loved the VIBE of the city – from meeting amazing local businesses that became friends with, to building a great circle of the community of friends!!
